The Vintage at Mount Vernon

We are an Independent Living Senior Community and we have criteria that you must meet to qualify:

• You must be 55 years of age with a disability or 62 years or older..
• Your Annual Gross Income for 1 person must not exceed more then $28,500.00
• Your Combined Annual Gross Income for a 2 person household must not exceed more then $32,580.00.
• Minimum Income 1.5 times your portion of the rental amount.
• Section 8 is welcome (Skagit Housing Authority)
• Pets are welcome!  20 pound limit, 2 pet maximum allowed.  $300.00 non-refundable Pet Deposit. Caged birds, rabbits, hamsters, etc. allowed – they must be caged at all times.  Two cages maximum.
• 1 Bedroom apartments range from: $585 - $712 per month.
• 2 Bedroom apartments range from: $700 - $853 per month.
• Fully Refundable Deposit for both 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes: $300.00
• Screening fee: $34 per person.  (Credit, Criminal and Rental History is screened.)
